Work continued on Erie Neighborhood House social enterprise opportunities. They used a modified Ice House business planning “canvas” to develop the business concepts.
CBEID inaugurated their first Coworking “Scholarship”. Eric Uner (Redwall Technologies) received a one-year prepaid slot at 25North Coworking. It’s expected that FVEC will award a similar arrangement in 2016.
The Chicago Council on Global Affairs (CCGA) launched their first Global Cities Forum, which I attended. It’s a real credit to Chicago that CCGA could host such an exhibition, and they could attract the Financial Times to co-host! Incredibly successful!
